Centre-Based Financial Assistance Scheme for Child Care- CFAC (For local families – Singaporeans only) CFAC aims to encourage low-income families to place their child/ children in the childcare centre while parents are working. CFAC provides monthly subsidy for child’s child-care fees in addition to the universal government childcare subsidy.
